PURPOSE: An input/output circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to reduce parasitic capacitance, obstructing a high speed operation, by reducing the number of transistors, the size of a resistance and the number of the resistances. CONSTITUTION: An input/output circuit of a semiconductor device exchanging signals through an input/output pad comprises a resistance(R3), an output unit and an input unit(320). The resistance is inserted into a common route of an input data signal and an output data signal. The output unit transmits the output data signal to the input/output pad. The input unit is applied with the input data signal transmitted through the resistance. A current bypassing unit(330) is connected to the common route. The current bypassing unit bypasses electrostatic discharge currents applied from the input/output pad. ODT(On Die Termination) circuits(410,420) terminate the input data signal.
