<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus or the like operating without causing a detection error or complicating processing with small storage capacity. <P>SOLUTION: It is decided whether two or more of keys 1-4 are turned on or not (step S4). When two or more keys are turned on, the process returns to step S1 without executing subsequent processing. When two or more keys are not turned on and when only a single key is turned on, it is decided whether the ON key is the same as a previous ON key (step S5). When it is the same as the previous ON key, the process returns to the step S1.
