<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for specifying localization of a prescribed biological substance and a disease through specification of an enzyme for controlling the localization of the biological substance in a cell, to further provide a method for diagnostic assistance to the disease, to provide a method for screening a therapeutic agent for the disease, and to provide a model cell of the disease. <P>SOLUTION: The method for specifying the relationship between disturbance of the localization of the prescribed biological substance in the cell and the disease is provided. The method includes an enzyme group-specifying step of inhibiting the activity or expression of an enzyme group candidate controlling the localization of the biological substance in a sample cell which detectably labels the biological substance, observing the biological substance, and specifying the enzyme group disturbing the localization of the biological substance by inhibiting the activity or expression as a localization control-related enzyme group for the biological substance; and a disease-specifying step of searching for the disease, wherein the activity or expression of the enzyme group specified by the enzyme group-specifying step is inhibited with database, and specifying the relationship between the disturbance of the localization of the biological substance and the disease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
