A method for manufacturing a semi-rigid plastic packing box includes the steps that the local area of a semi-rigid plastic plate is divided as an image area according to design requirements; gluing is conducted in the image area so that the image area can be provided with an adhesive layer; the adhesive layer is positioned, embossing is conducted on the adhesive layer to form an embossing area, a plurality of concentric annular bosses are formed in the embossing area, and the heights of the annular bosses sequentially decrease from outside to inside; the adhesive layer is dried and solidified; a picture layer is arranged in the embossing area. The method for manufacturing the semi-rigid plastic packing box is simple in step, easy to operate, capable of greatly lowering operation cost, and beneficial to popularization and application of the semi-rigid plastic packing box printed with cat eye patterns. The invention further provides the semi-rigid plastic packing box which is manufactured according to the method for manufacturing the semi-rigid plastic packing box. |
