The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting decomposition of hyaluronic acid or a derivative thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting decomposition of hyaluronic acid or a derivative thereof, containing sodium 2-mercaptoethane sulfonate and thus exhibiting increased resistance to activity of hyaluronidase. The present invention further relates to a composition for bioinjection or cosmetic surgery, containing the composition for inhibiting decomposition and hyaluronic acid or the derivative thereof, particularly a composition for biotissue restoration.
