PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables a user to more easily perform setting processing on a plurality of image forming apparatuses having different apparatus configurations.SOLUTION: One apparatus (parent apparatus) of a plurality of MFPs (image forming apparatuses) 10 acquires an item to be set (setting item designated by user as item to be set by using a screen for designating item) (S13, S14), and determines whether the parent apparatus 10a includes a setting screen corresponding to the item to be set (S21). When the parent apparatus 10a does not includes the setting screen, the parent apparatus 10a transmits, to a child apparatus to be set 10b (child apparatus on which setting processing related to item to be set is to be performed) of the plurality of MFPs 10, a request to transmit a setting screen for a child apparatus stored in the child apparatus to be set (S31, S35). The parent apparatus 10a receives the setting screen for a child apparatus (S32, S36), and transmits setting information received by using the setting screen for a child apparatus (S33, S37) to the child apparatus to be set 10b (S35).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
