The present invention relates to a wire grid polarizer and a liquid crystal display device comprising the wire grid polarizer, the wire grid polarizer comprising: a resin layer having a concavo-convex pattern caused by a grid type convex part; and a metal grid pattern layer formed on the concavo-convex pattern, wherein the grid type convex part is amorphous in a manner that a side portion in at least one direction of the left side and the right side of the convex part has at least one inclined or curved interval.
