PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including a high-speed A/D conversion circuit which can improve noise resistance.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device including an A/D conversion circuit comprises: a sample-and-hold circuit 102 which outputs analog signals having values according to values of analog signals supplied during a first period; and prediction tables 106-A through 106-D. The prediction tables 106-A through 106-D have reference voltage information to specify a reference voltage to be compared with analog signals output from the sample-and-hold circuit 102 at a plurality of timings in the first period and bit location information to specify a bit location of digital signals defined by comparison with the reference voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
