PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing resin sheet which enables the achievement of the balance between fillability and re-peelability.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a sealing resin sheet, of which the tacking force at 25°C is 150 g or less and the minimum melt viscosity is 50 Pa s or less in a temperature range of 50-150°C. The sealing resin sheet preferably comprises an inorganic filler of 0.1-10 μm in average particle diameter. The sealing resin sheet preferably includes the inorganic filler by 65-85 wt% to the total weight of solid components of the sealing resin sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1E |
