摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact object substance analyzing chip that can analyze an object substance in a short period of time and requiring no large manpower.SOLUTION: An object substance analyzing chip has a first flexible substrate 1, a second flexible substrate 2 and a third substrate 3. On the adhesion faces of the first flexible substrate 1 and the second flexible substrate 2, a belt-shaped channeling non-adhesive area 11 is formed, and an extraction chamber-serving non-adhesive area 5 expanded in belt width is formed in part of the channeling non-adhesive area 11. The first flexible substrate 1 has a through hole 7 in contact with the channeling non-adhesive area 11, and on the adhesion faces of the second flexible substrate 2 and the third substrate 3 a shutter-serving non-adhesive area 12b is so formed in a belt shape on the side farther from the through hole 7 than the extraction chamber-serving non-adhesive area 5 as to vertically cross the channeling non-adhesive area 11. The first flexible substrate 1 and the second flexible substrate 2 have pressure supply ports 18b so penetrating them as to come into contact with a shutter-serving non-contact area 12b, and magnetic particles to be combined with an object substance are arranged above the extraction chamber-serving non-adhesive area 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
