An image extraction analyzer, an image extraction analyzing system, and an image extraction analyzing method for enabling an efficient analysis of a process at a work site where a work is repeated in a factory by using an image are provided. From images constituting a video showing a work site and recorded in a digital disk recorder (3), an image extracting section (41) extracts an image having an image pattern in which a specified object is shown at a specified position in the image and computes time intervals between the repeated occurrences. A grouping section (42) divides the time intervals into groups of time intervals of approximately the same frequency and makes a histogram. An image/time interval acquiring section (43) acquires the specified image and time intervals from the groups. A display control section (44) displays the acquired image and time intervals on a display (7). With this, division of the step is efficiently displayed together with the captured image showing the work site and the time intervals.
