A sound model formed by a pair of a sound pressure and a feature amount is stored in a sound model storage unit (3) for each of plural phonemes or each of cluster units into which a sound is divided. When an input signal is given, a feature amount conversion unit (2) calculates a feature amount and a sound pressure; a sound pressure comparison unit (4) obtains a ratio of the sound pressures of the input signal and the sound model; a distance calculation unit (5) calculates a distance between the feature amounts of the input signal and the sound model; a gain calculation unit (6) calculates a gain value by using the information on the sound pressure ratio and the distance; and a sound pressure correction unit (7) corrects the sound pressure of the input signal.
