<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output system capable of determining permission for color print in a user unit to restrain an image output by an unnecessary color. <P>SOLUTION: A storage means of this image output system stores user information for identifying a user instructing an image output and information about the presence of the image output by colors, while correlated each other, a reception means receives an instruction of the image output and the user information of the user instructing the image output, a color output permission means calculates a ratio as to the presence of the image output by the colors, using a data stored in the storage means related to the user information received by the reception means, and determines the propriety of the permission about the image output by the colors according to the instruction of the image output received by the reception means, in response to the ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
