PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information output device for outputting a portion of output setting information necessary for analysis or countermeasures according to any trouble relating to output quality and an information output system equipped with the information output device.

SOLUTION: A host device 2 is provided with a hard disk device 23 having a printer driver 28. When any trouble relating to output quality is generated, the printer driver 28 outputs the setting items of output setting information in printing image data. The setting items of the output setting information to be output are selected from a selection screen installed in the printer driver 28. The printer driver 28 outputs the selected setting items with the image data.
