The rotor shaft arrangement comprises a rotor shaft connected with a turbine (3) in a torque proof manner. A thermally insulating socket (4) is provided between the turbine and rotor shaft (2). The thermally insulating socket is cup-shaped or bush-shaped, and is made of ceramic material, particularly standard ceramic material. The turbine is made of metal or ceramic material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a rotor shaft arrangement.
