A seasoning with rock salt and its preparation method are provided to obtain a high-quality seasoning by melting/recrystallizing a mixture of rock salt and a seasoning additive. A seasoning with rock salt is prepared by the steps of: (a) putting 100wt.pt. of rock salt and 5~35wt.pt. of a seasoning additive into a container, and quick-heating the mixture within 10min until the rock salt is molten; (b) cooling the molten mixture until it is solidified; and (c) crushing the cooled mixture into powder. In the step (a), the seasoning additive comprises 2~0.5wt.pt. of sesame oil, 5~1wt.pt. of sugar, 15~1wt.pt. of onion, 8~1wt.pt. of red pepper, 10~1wt.pt. of garlic, and 1~0.2wt.pt. of pepper. |
