PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator cooling structure that efficiently cools a stator of a motor without significant change in shape and increase in product cost. SOLUTION: In a driving device 10, an axial oil supply path 42a and a first guide 85 are provided in the gap between the stator 60 of a motor generator MG2 and a motor case 82 formed above the outer circumferential surface thereof. The axial oil supply path is used to supply cooling oil for cooling the stator 60 in the axial direction. The first guide is provided above the outer circumferential surface of the coil end of the stator 60 inside the motor case 82 and is used to guide cooling oil supplied through the axial oil supply path 42a to the coil end 63b of the stator 60.
