FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to systems for expansion of the stoma and the introduction of non-vascular catheter tube. System includes a device to expand the stoma, comprising: tubular support having a length, a width and a longitudinal axis defining a continuous pathway through the device; inflatable balloon-dilator mounted on the tubular support and oriented along its axis, thus inflated balloon-dilator has an expansion section forming the first part of the device, and retaining section forming the second part of the device, and a channel for inflating the balloon. Thus retention section is configured so that its diameter after complete unobstructed inflation exceeds the diameter of the expansion section after its inflation, and a non-vascular catheter tube configured to be inserted covering completely or partially bloated expansion section, using advanced stoma channel in a stable holding section a portion of a body cavity which is a non-vascular cavity.EFFECT: device for expanding the stoma is configured to blow and at least partial withdrawal through the catheter tube.5 cl, 3 dwg |
