1. A computer-implemented method to determine to serve mobile advertisements, comprising:
receiving, by one or more computing devices, user usage data for a particular application operating on a user computing device associated with a user, the particular application being provided by an application developer computing system; analyzing, by the one or more computing devices, the user usage data to develop a profile of the interaction of the user with the particular application; identifying, by the one or more computing devices, an amount of money spent by the user in conjunction with the particular application; estimating, by the one or more computing devices, a lifetime spending value of the user based on the identified user spending; receiving, by the one or more computing devices, one or more rules from the application developer computing system to determine an advertising schedule for advertisements to be provided to the user on an application module of the application based on the estimated lifetime value of the user receiving, by the one or more computing devices, a notification that the user is interacting with the particular application on the user computing device; and providing, by the one or more computing devices, a particular advertisement to the user via the application module of the particular application based on the determined advertising schedule. |
