PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-fermentation beer-like sparkling drink holding beer taste though its purine body concentration is extremely low, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a non-fermentation beer-like sparkling drink in which purine body concentration is 0.2 mg/100 mL or lower, and containing one or more kinds of bittering agents selected from the group consisting of magnesium sulfate, tributyl citrate, triethyl citrate, naringin and kuwashin. Also provided is a method for producing a non-fermentation beer-like sparkling drink comprising: a step (a) where one or more kinds of bittering agents selected from the group consisting of magnesium sulfate, tributyl citrate, triethyl citrate, naringin and kuwashin, an acidulant and a coloring agent are mixed to prepare a prepared liquid; and a step (b) where carbon dioxide is added to the prepared liquid, in which a purine body removal step is not included, and the concentration of the purine body is 0.2 mg/100 mL or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
