METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF POROUS CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for porous concrete capable of preparing the porous concrete in which the surface wear thereof is restrained even if oscillatory compaction is not performed at placing.SOLUTION: A production method for porous concrete comprises: a kneading process of kneading cement, an aggregate and an admixture having foamability; a placing process of placing the obtained kneaded material; and a defoaming process of eliminating bubbles on the surface of the kneaded material while the placed kneaded material hardens. By placing the bubble-containing kneaded material prepared in the kneading process, sufficient voids can be formed between aggregates even if oscillatory compaction is not performed. While the kneaded material hardens after placing, voids on the surface of the porous concrete are decreased by the defoaming to smooth the surface more compared to the case where the defoaming process is not performed. Thereby, the porous concrete in which the surface wear thereof is restrained can be produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
