PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed increasing gear which achieves smooth driving while inhibiting enlargement, and to provide a centrifugal compressor including the speed increasing gear.SOLUTION: A speed increasing gear 14 includes: a ring part 62 which rotates in conjunction with rotation of a low speed side shaft 11; a high speed side shaft 12 disposed at the inner side of the ring part 62; and a first roller 71 provided between the ring part 62 and the high speed side shaft 12 and contacting with the ring part 62 and the high speed side shaft 12.
