PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device that is advantageous for reducing unnecessary radiation.SOLUTION: A signal processing device has frequency varying means (13 and 14) that vary the frequencies of signals for matching the action timings of a first electric circuit and of a second electric circuit, which is different from the first electric circuit, within a prescribed frequency band. The frequency varying means differentiates a first frequency-varying wave, of which the frequency of a first signal to be sent to the first electric circuit varies, from a second frequency-varying wave, of which the frequency of a second signal to be sent to the second electric circuit varies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
