PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can suppress dielectric breakdown due to electrostatic discharge.SOLUTION: A plurality of area wirings 21 extend in a first direction and are arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction in a predetermined area. A plurality of lead-out wirings R1 to R25 electrically connect a plurality of terminal parts 8 to the plurality of area wirings 21.
