PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a reflective wave by an internal structure by radiating an electromagnetic wave to an object to be inspected such as a reinforced concrete from a front surface, to inspect an internal structure in an extremely short time, to improve an inspection efficiency, and to perform an inspection of a reinforcement in a depth direction of the object to be inspected, a reinforcement arrangement/piping position such as a metal tube, a cavity, a crack, and a peeling.SOLUTION: A nondestructive inspection device includes: a plurality of transmission antennas 18 two-dimensionally arranged so as to emit an electromagnetic wave to an object 10 to be inspected and a plurality of reception antennas 18 two-dimensionally arranged so as to receive a reflection wave; and a control/processing device 30 for sequentially selecting the predetermined transmission antenna 18 and reception antenna 18 to be used, and performing image processing on the basis of the reception signal detected by the selected reception antenna 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
