PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having a habitable room with a shared storage space that enhances a degree of freedom of furniture layout and enables effective use of a limited indoor space, thereby improving the usability of the habitable room and a living environment, and allowing changes with time in a family make-up and a life style to be dealt with flexibly.SOLUTION: A building having a habitable room with a shared storage space of the present invention includes a habitable room 11 with a shared storage space 13 and a pair of small spaces 12 laid out on both sides of the shared storage space 13. The shared storage space 13 has at least one doorway 14 to the storage space that allows entry to/exit from the shared storage space 13 from each of the small spaces 12. The habitable room 11 has a doorway 17 to the habitable room that allows entry to/exit from other indoor spaces adjacent to the habitable room 11 through a partitioning wall 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
