PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna cable connection confirmation method, enabling the connection confirmation of an antenna cable connection, using one radio communication module having a transmission frequency different from a reception frequency.SOLUTION: The antenna cable connection confirmation method includes: switching on a bypass switch 26 which by-passes a filter 22-2, which is included in a radio communication module 103, for attenuating a frequency component higher than a first frequency included in a first radio signal; causing the radio communication module 103 to transmit the first radio signal by the intermediary of a first antenna 104 through the bypass switch 26 and a first antenna cable 108; measuring a reception signal level of a high harmonic wave having a predetermined multiple of the first radio signal which is received by a second antenna 105 and received by the radio communication module 103 through the second antenna cable 109; and determining, according to the reception signal level, whether the connection of the first antenna cable and the second antenna cable is normal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
