PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy quality required for a service interruption time at the time of failure in a communication system while curbing increase in facility cost as much as possible.SOLUTION: A network interface device 3 determines the priority of restoration during the occurrence of failure in a communication system by type information in a session connection request; for a higher-priority session connection request, evenly distributes active and standby sessions to all of user data transfer devices 2; and for a lower-priority session connection request, evenly distributes active sessions to all of the user data transfer devices 2 and distributes standby sessions to a redundant user data transfer device 2. Active user data transfer devices 2 transfer data according to sessions established in response to the higher-priority session connection request, and transfer session information to another standby user data transfer device 2 and have it keep the session information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
