PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sophisticated security as a protection method of an IMEI number since a correct IMEI cannot be obtained even if, for example, replacing a chip set to derive the IMEI by utilizing a CPU-ID individually and uniquely allocated to a CPU. SOLUTION: The IMEI is derived by calculation from a memory ID on a memory, the CPU-ID, or the like. The data configuration of the IMEI is determined by a configuration, and one portion of the configuration is determined fixedly, thus enabling the correctness of data to be confirmed by referring to the value.
