Cart for underframes of rail transport contains low-placed rigid bogie consisting of sidewalls and cross beams, body bolster, being rested on the sidewalls of the frame through the sliders and connected with the latter with elastic pin. The springs of central suspension are located along the ends of the body bolster. On each of cross beams of rigidbogie spherical supports with connected inclined frames are located, relative to longitudinal axis. At the frames the axle-bearings with spring-loaded axles are located. Running and inclined wheels are executed without flanges, and the curvature of the profiles of their rolling surfaces is horizontal and lateral working surfaces of the rail respectively.
