A driving device with a rotating electric machine, comprising a trans-axle (1) having a case (20) with an opening (24), a second rotating electric machine (200) stored in the opening (24) of the case (20) and having a stator (230), a rear planetary gear (400) stored in the trans-axle case (20) and connected to the second rotating electric machine (200), a trans-axle rear cover (30) sealing the opening (24), and bolts (215) fixing the second rotating electric machine (200) to the trans-axle case (20). The stator (230) comprises first and second thrust end faces (211) and (212) specifying the axial length thereof. The first thrust end face (211) is pressed against the inner surface (21) of the case.
