<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food enabling easy heating and thawing in a microwave oven and having a thickness of ≥4 cm and provide a method for producing the frozen food. <P>SOLUTION: An integrally frozen food heatable with a microwave oven is produced by packaging a cooked food having solid, sol or gel form with a natural packaging material such as sliced cedar sheet or bamboo sheath soaked with water, putting the packaged food in a plastic bag, vacuum-packaging the food and storing in frozen state.
