RETRACTOR-RETAINER OF INTESTINES FOR CELIOSCOPIC SURGERY

The retractor-retainer has an elongated support mandrel (5) along which is fixed a contention net (6) folded so as to be deployed in situ. A distal end of the mandrel and a distal part of a guide wire are provided with complementary fast coupling units. An instrument (7) inserts the mandrel (5) and net in abdominal cavity and is fixed on the wire. The instrument has a barrel whose distal part is hollow and receives the mandrel and net.
