<p>A method for logging-off IP address is applied to the 3GPP2 IP multimedia subsystem network and includes the following steps: transmit and save the user identification and IP address and the relation thereof in the home subscriber server during the registration of the user device; the access gateway which bears the user device initiates the IP address logging-off of the user device and transmits the IP address releasing message to the same network to which the user device belongs or to the AAA server of the packet switching network; the AAA server transmits the IP address releasing message to the home subscriber server of the user IP multimedia subsystem home network after receiving the said IP address releasing message; if the home subscriber server of the home network judges there exists a registered user device that is associate with the IP address in the message, the home subscriber server initiates the normal logging-off procedure for the user device; otherwise, the procedure is end. The present invention solves the non-synchronization between the PS domain logging-off and the IMS domain logging-off and has better compatibility.</p> |
