An apparatus for manufacturing polypropylene filament for clothes is provided to offer the filament with the constant tension by blowing the rapid cooling airstream. An extruder comprises a spinneret(25) protruded with a constant length for easily securing the rapid cooling. An interception member(27a) is formed at the lower end portion of a cooling area separated from the spinneret so that a large amount of cooling stream is concentrated at the lower side of the spinneret. The protrusion length of the spinneret is about 3-5mm. The polypropylene polymer is melted by the extruder of a spinning apparatus and supplied to a gear pump. The extruder comprises a screw and a barrel. The polypropylene polymer is supplied between the screw and barrel by the rotation of the screw, compressed, deaerated, mixed or melted so that the uniform melting solution is supplied to the next process. |
