<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image correction and adjustment device using a correction and adjustment table in which image correction and adjustment information is recorded for properly compressing the correction and adjustment table, and for reducing the capacity required for the recording of the correction and adjustment table. <P>SOLUTION: This image correction and adjustment circuit, for correcting and adjusting and outputting an input image by a correction and adjustment table, configured of a linear section and curve section, is provided with a linear-range determining part for determining that the specific range of the correction and adjustment table is a linear range and a table generating part for generating the correction and adjustment table, by thinning the linear section with predetermined intervals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
