A light emitting device is provided to express the various color temperature although the same current is applied to each light emitting diode chip by differently molding the rate of the fluorescent substance and molding material within each cavity. A first cavity(110) and a second cavity(120) are formed within the housing(100). A molding material(50) contains a first fluorescent substance(30) of the first rate. A molding material(90) contains a second phosphor(70) of the second rate. A first lighting-emitting area(200) comprises the first light emitting diode chip(20) within the first cavity and the molding material. The first lighting-emitting area emits the light of the first color temperature. A second lighting-emitting area(300) comprises a second light emitting diode chip(60) within the second cavity and the molding material. The second lighting-emitting area emits the light of the second color temperature.
