MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to absorb alignment tolerance between an upper panel and a lower panel in a high resolution panel in which discharge cell pitch is small and reduce change of the driving characteristic between adjacent panels. A plasma display panel comprises: a lower panel(100) including a plurality of discharge cells defined with a plurality of partitions; and an upper panel(200) which is positioned at the upper of the lower panel and in which a scan electrode(220) and a constant electrode(230) are symmetrically positioned in each discharge cell of the lower panel about each partition and in which the width of the scan electrode is formed larger than the width of the constant electrode.
