A portable communication device and an online advertising system using the same having an online advertisement system function are provided to display the advertisement on a screen or as voice according to characteristic of the portable communication device. A communications company system(30) selectively downloads advertisement information to a plurality of communications terminals(10) through communications network(20). An advertiser system(40) uploads its own advertisement-information to the communications company system through communications network. The communications company system stores produced advertisement information to information database. The advertisement system provides the advertisement information to the advertiser system through communication network. The communication system stores the advertisement information to advertisement information database(32). The communications company system includes a communications corporation server(31), advertising information database(32), and the subscriber information database(33) and, advertiser database(34).
