发明名称 METHOD OF PREDICTION OF DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR AND INTERFACIAL FRICTION UNDER HOT WORKING CONDITIONS USING INVERSE ANALYSIS
摘要 A friction condition prediction method between a tool and a material for a deformational behavior of the material in a hot molding condition is provided to determine flow stress of materials such as glass whose data does not exist at all, at high temperature by using load experimental data only, and to predict a deformational behavior of the materials, so that the materials can be usable for part industry or material development. Experimental data is obtained through a compressing experiment in accordance with different compression speeds(S10). Target function values determined by a load set through FEM simulation and a load of the experimental data are determined(S20b). Until the target function values satisfy a convergence condition, the step 'S20b' is repeated(S30a). Undetermined coefficients of a flow stress function are determined(S30b).
