PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano probe heating apparatus for magnetic recording which is attached to a magnetic recording head of a magnetic recording type hard disk drive and which is processed sharply so as to enable heat to be applied to a fine region of a recording medium acceleratedly at the same time as applied to a magnetic field. SOLUTION: The nano probe heating apparatus has a nano probe which has a sharp head for applying heat to a magnetic recording bit of the recording medium at an end, a heating section that heats the nano probe, a space adjusting section that adjusts space between the nano probe and the recording medium, and a supporting section that supports the nano probe, the heating section and the space adjusting section, so that it is possible to provide an effect of high-density recording.
