PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve classification property and searching property of pieces of information on the evaluation of a content by efficiently managing the pieces of information. SOLUTION: The content is uploaded from a content management device 100 to a web server 300 through a network 200 together with a content characteristic identifier 701. In response to this, the intra-server management identifier 703 of the content is sent back from the web server 300 to the content management device 100. Thus, the content unique identifier 701 is associated with the intra-server management identifier 703. Thereafter, the content management device 100 obtains evaluation information from a terminal 500 from the web server 300. The intra-server management identifier 703 included in the evaluation information is converted to the content unique identifier 701 by the content management device 100, and the evaluation information is stored in the meta data storage area of the file of a corresponding content.
