FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology. Radicular veins are ultrasounded in the segments L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 from anterior and posterolateral approaches. Herewith said radicular veins are additionally examined. The increased blood velocity in radicular veins at the involved level to 44.5 cm/sec1.9, decreased blood velocity in radicular veins to 4.3 cm/sec0.5 at the involved level with simultaneously increased in velocity parametres in the overlying segment to 17.3 cm/sec1.2, radicular syndrome is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method extends the range of diagnostic aids for detecting aggravated radicular syndromes of lumbar osteochondrosis. ^ 1 tbl, 2 dwg, 2 ex |
