The hub is connected to the first shaft to rotate therewith and includes a second driving element with a second shaft extending therefrom, the second shaft configured for rotation about a second axis extending in a different direction than the first axis. The illumination device is connected to the second shaft and rotatable therewith. The illumination device includes one or more illuminating elements. |
