a storage part configured to pre-store a map which defines a relationship between at least one characteristic parameter and an efficiency of the turbocharger; a detection part configured to detect the at least one characteristic parameter of the turbocharger; a calculation part configured to obtain the efficiency of the turbocharger on the basis of the detected at least one characteristic parameter; a determination part configured to determine presence of deterioration of the turbocharger by comparing the detected at least one characteristic parameter and the obtained efficiency with the map; and an informing part configured to inform a user of a maintenance request if the determination part determines that the deterioration is present. |
