A stacking-type header according to the present invention includes a first plate-shaped member (21) including flow passages (21 E_1, 21E_2), a cladding member (26_2) including flow passages (26E_1, 26E_2), and a third plate-shaped member (23). The third plate-shaped member (23) includes flow passages (23E) each being configured to communicate the flow passage corresponding to a tube on one side out of two tubes among the plurality of tubes and the flow passage corresponding to a tube on an other side out of the two tubes among the plurality of tubes. A flow passage area of each of the flow passages (26E_1, 26E_2) of the cladding member (26_2) is smaller than a flow passage area of a corresponding one of the flow passages (21 E_1, 21E_2).
