Provided is a blowing device with which it is possible to suppress an increase in the size and cost thereof, while also enhancing a blowing effect. A blowing device 10 that uses air among an airflow to remove moisture adhering to a workpiece W, said blowing device 10 comprising: a first processing unit 12 that has a predetermined volume; a workpiece holding unit 24 that is disposed in the first processing unit 12, and is used for holding the workpiece W; a second processing unit 14 that has a predetermined volume; an airflow generating source 32 that is disposed in the second processing unit 14, and generates an airflow; and a flow rate increasing unit 34 that increases the flow rate of air among the airflow generated by the airflow generating source 32 at a location before said air reaches the workpiece W. |
