The present invention provides a payment system for a credit card affiliated store, comprising: an affiliated store terminal for transmitting a card authorization request to a card company server via a communication company server on the basis of credit card information read from a credit card and payment amount information inputted from the outside; the card company server for determining whether to approve the card for the card authorization request received via the communication company server and transmitting, to the card company server, information on whether to approve the card; and a credit institution server for, when the affiliated store terminal receives a credit request from a user and the credit request is inputted, receiving, from the affiliated store terminal via the communication company server, credit information including a payment amount of a transaction of approved transactions corresponding to the credit request, and depositing payment costs calculated on the basis of information including a payment amount to an account of the affiliated store.
