PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated floor structure which can prevent an increase in the height of a base-isolated floor, an interference with a component near an upper or lower part of a frame structure, and an increase in the number of working processes, which can reduce labor for conveying the frame structure from a factory to a job site, and which can enhance conveyance efficiency thereof. SOLUTION: This base-isolated floor structure is equipped with: a frame 11 which is formed by being bent in a quadrangular shape or a U-shape in terms of a thick-walled cross section, which is formed in a long shape by being elongated in a length direction, and wherein plate-like projections 15 formed with holes 15a are provided at a predetermined interval in side parts midway in the length direction; a rib 12 which is formed shorter than the frame 11, wherein holes are formed at both ends, and which is connected to the frame 11 in such a manner that the holes are screwed to the holes 15a of the projections 15; and a brace 13 wherein holes are formed at both ends, and which is connected to the frame 11 in such a manner that the holes are screwed to the holes 15a of the projections 15.
