PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double pipe type heat exchanger excellent in heat exchange performance and facilitating disassembly and cleaning.SOLUTION: In a double pipe type heat exchanger of a gasket seal model facilitating disassembly and cleaning, a plastic film-based twisted string (polypropylene-based packing string) is spirally wound around the outer periphery of a heat transfer pipe (1 on Fig. 1) in which a heat transfer acceleration body "hiTRAN" (4 on Fig. 1) is inserted into the heat transfer pipe side, the heat transfer pipe is inserted into a plastic barrel pipe (2 on Fig. 1) having an inner diameter contacting with the outer periphery of the string, and thereby heat transfer performance is drastically improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
